2000 GTS for $461 a month !!!!!!!!

I am thinking about selling my 2000 red gts with 34,000 miles on it, so I can get a red 03 srt-10. I have been doing price checks on what internet ads are showing for lease payments and money down. Most 2000's that I am seeing are 699-799 with 3000-6000 down for 39 months. Now I realize that most of these are around 15-20k less miles than mine. Here is the question though, how much should I expect to receive as money down for someone to assume the last 47 months of my lease at only $461 a month? If anyone can let me know what they think it would be greatly appreciated. Anyone who may be interested has to be 730+ beacon and be able to register the vehicle in ohio. Thanks in advance.

I think you need to add how much the buy out is at the end of the lease. This makes a big difference.

Yes, I totally agree with BlueGTS. How long was your lease for? How many miles do you get in total?

How many months was the original lease?
How many miles did you put on it?
How many miles per year are allowed on the lease?
What exactly happens at the end? What buy/turn in options?

The lease was for 51 months and 48k miles, so it has about 46k miles left on the lease ( since I have put 2000 miles on it). At the end of the lease it can either be purchased for 29,700 or turned in for I believe $350 plus any mileage penalties and wear and tear. Once again thanks for any feedback.

So, essentially the car is being sold for $51,367 (assuming 0% financin)... or, it could be a good deal for someone who only wants the Viper temporarily, and has no intentions of keeping it. Hard to say what to ask for down... I guess it depends on what the buyer is trying to get out of it. Have you tried swapalease.com? It's a great site for this kind of stuff. I'm sure you could get rid of it quick at that price!
