Bobby - as you know I was with you the last two 9-11 runs and was really looking forward to this - not too many people in this world have been to Ground Zero, nevermind Shanksville.

The widow of Jeremy Glick (who was on Flight 93) lives in my small neighborhood. :usa:

Unfortunately, I'll be out of the country on business - I'm sure you'll do us all proud :headbang:

:usa: Remembering

A Day That Changed Us Forever

A nation came together to support the communities of New York City and Washington, D.C. Americans everywhere, from all walks of life, displayed their patriotism and pride in our country. Six years later, we continue to honor the heroes of September 11, and we continue to fight for the freedom each of us holds so very dear. May we forever remain the land of the free and the home of the brave.

On Saturday September 8th, as delegates of the Viper Club of America, we remembered those who perished in the September 11 attacks, as well as their families and friends. We said “Let’s Roll” into Shanksville with respect and pride for our great country as we visited the site of the crash of American Airlines Flight 93.

GOD BLESS THE USA
“Let’s Roll”

Viper Club of America
:usa:

Thanks to all the members of the PA-WV and NJ club for making this such a memorable day!
I know this thread is no good without photos, but unfortunately, I was unable to upload any. I'm hoping someone else will post a few.

:usa: Thank you to all who attended this event:2tu:

I am so glad we went to Shanksville this year, as it was an eye opener for me. The Ambassadors at the Memorial site are extremely knowledable, and do a great job of telling the story of flight 93. I urge all of you to visit any of the crash sites from 9-11, we all tend to forget how awful that day was, this was a good way not too!

A special Thank You to the following people:
Denny and Ginger K PA/WV President:clap:
Thanks for the gifts and your warm welcome!

Donna & Rege Kort :headbang:
Thanks for helping us out on the Shanksville side of the cruise! It was perfect:2tu:

Donna Kockubinski:2tu:
Thanks for your support, I couldn't do it without you:headbang:

and last but not least......
Tom Roeller
The decals for the cars were a big hit:2tu:

I will post my photos once I figure out how to do so.

I got plenty of pictures, but they will not post... Whats the deal?
I only get visible the photo names/numbers, but no pictures...

By the way, thanks for all the water and antifreeze, I got home.

I found out that the Ron Davis Radiator (1.5 years old) is leaking and that the upgraded fan motor had burned it's wiring.

Other than that it was OK. I already ordered and New Davis radiator from Jon B, (heh, and it's even MONDAY!!)
No rain, so I did not even need the extra shirt Denny and Ginger gave me, Thanks!

:2tu: :usa: Great drive!:usa: :2tu:

Now.... HOW DO I POST PICTURES???
