93 side sill removal

I want to remove my side sills so i can inspect the exhaust system on my 93. Is it easy and how do you do it?

there are 4 screws on the bottom side of the sill, 4 screws in the door sill under black plastic caps, and 2 screws where the hood meets the side-sill. remove screws and pull straight out.

Use a credit card (2) to remove the plastic caps over the top bolts. Slide them under the edges of the caps and press hard together. That will release the hooks on the bottom of the cap.

Flatten the holes back after removal. Pliers, screwdriver, hammer, etc. Dab rust remover paint on qtip and touch up holes. Use low strength, high temp loctite on replacement bolts. Buy new silver replacement bolts if you have old stock. Tighten lightly, very lightly or you will easily strip bolts.
