94 Viper won\'t start!!!

Hi all, a friend of mine is having a problem with his 94 R/T..parked it last week now it will not start.it cranks but no fuel..we have checked relays etc,and when I jumper the rear relay in the trunk the fuel pump comes on,and the car will start and run tried new relays etc. but that is not it.thought maybe computer was not giving a signal and took the computer off my 94...no luck.does the alarm kill fuel? any Ideas???? any help would be great!!
