As long at the stock internals are stout, I have no problem believing that. A stock Supra will go from 300ish rwhp to 600+ rwhp without upgrading internals. If Porsche is building them stout, then I'm sure the same can apply there.

The 993TT's can be made very quick without increasing displacement. The trick is keeping the incoming air as cool as possible.

The 993 is a 3L (if I am not mistaken) motor, so is the Supra. The Supra can be pushed to 600HP without too much trouble (larger turbos, etc), and I know various tuners do it with the Porsches also.

Isn't that how Ruf did it with some of his cars? Wait until he gets it back - he may or may not achieve that 600 number. It's definitely possible, but I'd only trust a good tuner with my 911 Turbo, and it is very expensive to mod those cars!
