The owners manual is not much help for adding coolant to a low tank. There's got to be a better way. The overflow is almost empty. Can fluid be added to the pressure tank when cold. Is there a set fill level in the press tank when cold? Also how far do you go to pamper your Snake. I use a clear vinyl plastic sheet (before the cover) that copletely covers the cockpit to keep the "new" smell in my RT10 and keep dust out. It's like heavy duty Seran wrap and clings to the glass and paint (no it doesn't hurt the paint). Thanks in advance if you respond.

Yes, you can add coolant to the pressure tank when cool...fill to just below the neck.

Add coolant to the recovery bottle by removing the hose that comes off of the pressure bottle's neck, and fill the overflow bottle with coolant (using a SMALL funnel or turkey baster) until you see that the level is half way between the two embossed marks on the wheekwell splash guard on either side of the coolant check viewport. Be sure to replace the hose !!!

Keep an eye on the system...especially if you have not checked your pressure cap or replaced same.
