AFTERMARKET PCM?

What is the best after market PCM out there??
keep in mind I have a Vec 2 that has been tuned ona dyno.

Im taking AB's advice and trying a new pcm.


I was looking into getting the Roe Pcm anyone have it??
or any others you know of that will work with the vec 2.

anyone selling any?

AEM is independent; you won't need a VEC.

I love my vec 2 so maybe I should just get the Roe pcm.

I will be going with the Motec or the AEM. The Motec is the best but it is expensive. The AEM is also a very good unit. You will not need the Vec with the AEM or the Motec. I have seen the AEM a few places recently for $2200 but with the dual Wideband Lambada sensors It should be about $2800 for the whole setup.

Why is the motec better than the AEM?
Both of them aren´t emissions friendly, right?

The AEM you jut move your stock PCM and connect the AEM unit. You still have functioning door poppers. I am sure you can also do it with the Motec but the Motec is alot more advanced. It was the unit used on the GTSr cars and most other top level race teams. You can use it to do alot more than the AEM is capable of. The Motec may be overkill for a street car. The only reason I am thinking about the Motec is to use on a GTSr engine.
