Aiming Fog Lamps ?

I was following my wife home last night in the Viper.
She says that my right side fog lamp was much dimmer
than the left. Since they are both the same Halogen
bulbs, I suspect that the right side lamp is out of
alignment (I was fooling with that side last week).
From what I can feel from behind, there is a bolt that
acts like a hinge on top of the lamp, and a friction latch
at the bottom. The lamp seems to swing into the lower latch
and locks there. Is it possible to adjust the alignment
some how ?
