I am installing a Fidanza aluminium flywheel on my Viper.
Sinse it is in aluminium I don't know if there is something special to do when installing it. There is no installation instruction with the flywheel ...

Should I use a threadlocker liquid when fixing the crankshaft bolts ?

Should I put washers between the flywheel and the bolts ?

Yes you will need hardened washers and you will need NEW flywheel bolts from Dodge. Since engine oil is behind them, the threads come pre-locktited / sealer equipped. Need new ones not only for the sealant but also for proper torquing as the original ones might have stretched when they were torqued.

This is no place to skimp as oil on the flywheel will require a do over......
