I've over here spray painting these green EBC pads with the braking area face down. I'm figuring that no paint will get on that surface...wrong. Question: Did I just waste 140 bucks or can I still use these pads?

bad mistake.. send the pads to me and I'll dispose of them properly.. you'll need new ones..

no, really they are ok. the paint will just burn off.. no problem

Don't worry about it.

Just rough up the face of the pad with some 150-220 grit paper, no problem.

Make sure you Zaino that paint before installing the pads.
