Another Ebay fraud and scam

The Ebay crook with the viper service manuals is still tyring to sell them. He knows they do not contain the data he describes. They contain some TSB's and little else. How can he continue to sell on Ebay. He has a 100% rating. I looked at his history and he had sold over 1200 manuals and that was a month ago. He lists manuals for several cars. I sent in a complaint, but, never, received any resolution, just an acknowledgement.

He can get away with it because ebay is not responsible for what happens. ebay itself is nothing but a legal fencing operation. Instead of complaining don't use ebay until they are accountable for these scams. When ebay has to start paying people back that get ripped off then they will make sure that the service they offer is safe and honest. As long as people use it as is ebay will be glad to collect their fees and laugh all the way to the bank whether you get ripped off or not. Not their problem until users force them to make it so by not using it until ebay is responsible to ensure legitimate transactions like any other business in America.

As long as people keep buying them and leaving him positive feedback, ebay isn't going to do a thing. As far as ebay is concerned, he's a good seller.
