Fellow VCA Members Domestic & Abroad,

We want Viper owners to beware of Chinese copies of the ACRX Headers being sold to fellow VCA members as OEM Chrysler.

I have been handling issues with VCA members over the past several months with problems they are having with these Chinese copies of our OEM ACRX Headers. Consumers have been misled into purchasing these headers under the impression that they are getting a great deal on a real American Racing Headers product only to be surprised, angered & completely unhappy with a poor attempt at good old American Header Technology! Keep in mind our Viper ACRX =BAD BOYZZ SERIES= Headers are manufactured to the highest domestic standards utilizing U.S. 304 stainless steel and state of the art bending equipment.

DODGE VIPER GEN 4 - ACRX RACE HEADERS - eBay (item 120674362750 end time Jan-25-11 14:13:23 PST)
Please note that the Ebay photos of the ACRX headers are showing a photograph of our 5 into 1 merge collector "NOT" the Chinese collector which has misled (Dooped) the consumer with out doubt into purchasing a set!

I highly recommend that anyone who has purchased a set of these headers contact me directly and discuss our resolution program. I will definetly help you resolve your current delema and put you into a set of the "Real Deal" ACRX Headers (for that needed piece of mind).

Thanks for your consideration,

BAD BOYZZ GARAGE, INC.

Below is what a Fellow VCA Member recieved when his shipment arrived just recently:

Primary Tubes with Chinese version of precision port work? Definetly Sub-Standard!

Collector with a NON-FUNCTIONING SPIKE! Very Crued looking & we have no clue what this is? It's definetly not from any racing technology that we have ever seen!

Another picture of the NON-FUNCTIONING Collector?

Another primary tube with Chinese Version of precision port work! Again Sub-Standard!

1. Report them to ebay... Just posting here for Viper owners is not enough. Resolution Center - eBay

2. These listings are protected by ebay buyer protection. All your clients have to do is open a case with buyer protection. They will shut this guy down for selling "item not as described" once the return of the headers is complete they will get their money back. eBay Buyer Protection

3 As owner of the © photos you also need to report them to VERO. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements (VeRO)

The guys feedback is (2) He probably had a previous account closed since Chinese headers have been available on ebay for a long time. I'd be willing to bet he's been down this road before. Get the listing pulled!

I can't make the claim for you... You guys need to report this ebay seller. He will probably start a new screen name, but after a couple of times of being reported he will give up...

Why do folks insist on believing that they can get something for nothing? Cheap is dear. Sorry, but I don't feel bad for anyone who tried to avoid paying one of our sponsor's products via "a better deal" on Ebay.

Of course it the same for 1/3 the price.

I sell stuff on ebay... This guy is a scam pure and simple. He is using stolen product photos that are not the product he has for sale.

To me it makes every seller look bad when a seller gets away with scamming people on ebay. That's why I want them reported. Even though auto parts is not the category I sell in.
