Any idea on how to eliminate the annoying gas pedal rattle???

Can anyone suggest the best solution to eliminate the annoying gas pedal rattle when downshifting and/or braking? Most Gen2 Vipers seem to have this problem. Any solutions anyone?

I'll have to read dun's link. I haven't noticed a gas pedal rattle in 4 G2s..(?)

a piece of rubber from a bike tire tube (1") works well

I wondered why my GTS had a big rubber band on the pedal. That was how I bought it last year. NOW no more mistery. I tought it was a left over from new coverings and still left it on. Good thing!!

Uh , ok ,don't take you foot off of the gas.......ever!

IF you really are worried about a little pedal rattle then you should hit Wal-Mart and get a new Schwinn.......
