The two guys with the best reputation for striping your Viper or other snake cosmetic work in the Dallas area would be Gary DeFratus at (972)513-0537, and Larry Coats at (972)245-1997. I recommend you get estimates from both and take your choice.

I purchased my yellow 01 GTS from Huffines Dodge in Lewisville. I had Huffines put stripes(black) on the car and they did an absolutely super job. I have seen some other Vipers with stripes from the factory and they look almost like tape(ridge running down the edge of the stripe)even though they are not. Huffines made sure that they "feathered" the clearcoat after they painted the stripes. In my opinion the stripes look better than factory. If you feel so inclined give Darrel Smithey(sales),Thad Nabors(service) or Keith Laxton(Viper Tech)a call at 972-434-1746. The stripes weren't cheap but the result was worth it.
