small claims court is alot cheaper unless the claim is questionable or if there is big money involved.

Yes i'm still here in chi-town but a distributor is suing me, now that my
waterwall co. is #1 and I no longer use them, as their product didn't work.
Their based outta MO.,
I need to counter for big bucks as they've stole many customers last year.
No sure the catogory but that the start.
Would like to get a viper guy lawyer or a close friend rather than just start
calling around cold turkey.
That's for any help snakesters.

I honestly don't know who does that stuff out here...not that I'm familiar with it. Alot of Home/Garden type expos out here, that would generate interest, but that would require travel, set-up, ect. at convention centers. Great looking stuff, and with all the millionaires in the valley here...somebody would want it.
