So I have a car that is currently kinda dead, as it turns over but doesnt "catch" and the door pops open. A friend of mine who works at an automotive museum, met a guy at the museum that said he was a Engineer/Tech who used to work on the wiring of the Viper. So I get the guys information and ask him if he could do something about it, offer some advice or fix the issue (Id Pay). the guys response was "i will inform Mr Ragsdale and return to you ASAP". Umm okay...does anyone know either of these 2 guys?
Does anyone know of someone named Ragsdale or Richard Gibbs in the viper community?

Aside from trying to find the above mentioned folks, have you made any progress diagnosing your Viper's issue(s) ??
