anyone else have crank sensor replaced 08

Hi,

Anyone else have crank sensor replaced? Im going on my third at the dealer as we speak?

Definitely have not seen many of them go bad. It is possiblt they either left the heat shield off by mistake, and the heat keeps getting them... or perhaps there is a wiring fault that is the actual cause, such as a loose pin or splice? What are the symptoms?

Only seen one of these go bad in our area.
