Anyone had this happen?

I have a 2005 Viper with 2200 miles. I can't open my doors!!
I used the key to turn (hard to turn too) the back up manual door opener under
the side sill and I can get in. The trunk will open and the alarm will arm but the door release won't activate. I'm talking it to the dealer tomorrow
but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this before.

Try leaning against the door as you turn the key and also place your hand in the handle, worked for me.
