I could be way off, but that car looks like an Elite Motorsport build based off the accessories and such.

seller is claiming the car was built by Heffner. His responses to my questions were sketchy and seemed misinformed (asked what size pully was used, and what brakes were on the car) Either this is being sold for someone else and the seller is clueless, or this may be a scam. Not sure which.
