While I would defer to my fellow ILL VCA members for better first-hand info, can suggest that MANY ILL AND Ind. folks are VERY pleased with Roanoke.

Best service in the state is Roanoke, you can ask for Dave, 309-923-7171. Is distance is a problem, then call over to SunnySide Motors, they are in McKenry. Bob Deitrick is a great owner and has always taken good care of Viper Owners. I am sorry but I can not find their number right now.

I've only had my car for a month or so but I have had a good response from Schaumburg Dodge. I have a early model 96' GTS with the rivited sills. They bent over backwards for me to get my sills fixed and repainted for nothing. I didn't even have to bring my car in when they had their zone mgr in. I know there was a SB out for this problem, but as the second owner with the car being 5 years old, I think I'm lucky they did the work for free. Call Shawn and give him my name. Good luck. I live in McHenry, IL and would recommend SVSi. Phone #630-876-1335 and ask for Ron (the owner). They work with vipers all day and have their own upgrade packages. They have just completed tuning my car. It would take about 35-45 minutes to get there from crystal lake.
