Quite simple -----------------the stripes are painted on , so there is no vinyl silver to repair/replace , etc. from the Factory.
If you are looking to put vinyl stripes on , you need to just attempt to match them at a professional shop.

hey bill,
as you know i have a black 06 coupe with silver stripes.
i blacked out the back window and i am thinking of extending the stripes over the window to tie into the stripes from the roof and the deck....

Best bet would be to just take it to a pro Vinyl shop then, as they will not have access to paint codes or likely even be able to decipher them. We have a great guy in Omaha who does Semis to Racecars, so just find someone in your neighborhood that does alot of work like this, and he should have a boatload of samples to help you match things up.

Maybe tell us what area of the country you are from, then others can possibly give you some shops they have used in your neck of the woods.
Since you are an owner you can send a PM to Lee or Kelly to get your staus upgraded to Viper owner.
Or you can also join the VCA online now to get the chance to buy a raffle ticket for the ACR that's on the cover of Auto Week.

im from chicagoland.
i can install/apply the stripes myself, i just need the stripes. i know im not the first person to inquire abt vinyl silver stripes, though i couldnt find anything in the search.
i was hoping to find someone who has had them made already, then contact whoever made them up. i can cut them and apply them, just need them to be color matched.
