I was looking at the Stoptech website for break pads that fit their Viper big break kit and saw that they said the following about the Brake Horsepower XPS pad:
"XPS is unique, in that it is the only friction compound currently available that can truly be used for daily driving, as well as for light- to medium-duty track use."
...it is in bold red about halfway down the following web page:
http://www.stoptech.com/products/high_performance_pads.shtml
From everything else I have read it appears unlikely the a pad can be good at both. Just looking for a way to avoid changing pads for track events while still having good street performance. Has anyone tried these yet?
