Mark,
Per my vmail, I would like to reconfirm that the Survey I filled out with return date: 8/10/2006 was a collaboration of what apparently was different experiences that I unfortunately combined into one event. I did not fully understand that this was simply a survey on the work done regarding the super charger on my 2006 Viper Coupe. I thought it was the entire event of me purchasing the car, me buying the service contact, me buying the super charger and buying the spare set of H pattern wheels (all done at 1 time). So the 2 lower scores were attributed to the ambiguity I felt regarding the damaged wheel that was shipped to me (3 barely made it unscathed, 1 did not), they were poorly packaged from Dodge/Mopar to start with. So when one arrived damaged, I was not happy. Then when it came time to getting a replacement, I was left hanging for a few days while the whole thing was getting sorted out. Unfortunately during that state of flux is when I received this survey; admittedly I was a bit emotional given the large amount of money I just spent with woodhouse and one of the things I was really looking forward to did not go as smoothly as I wanted. In hindsight, my emotional response was poorly placed in that survey, as the replacement wheel (albeit a month later) finally arrived, and the whole matter was handled quite amicably. Not a huge fan of Dodge/Mopar over all this, but am 100% a fan of Mark Jorgensen, Bill Pemberton and the Woodhouse family. Please accept my apology for the lower score in 7h. and 15b. which were 3 out of 5, instead of 5 out of 5 as they should have been.
If I need to discuss this matter with any other appropriate party to validate this correction, please let me know to whom I need to speak to and I will do so.
Thank you,
Jon A.
PS. I realllllllllly hate when I'm wrong, in this case I was and I want to clear it up. You are good people Mark, and I am sure glad you were straight forward enough to bring this to my attention, otherwise you probably would have held resentment for me (rightfully so) and all my PIA phone calls, thinking I was grading you poorly and yet expecting you to keep jumping through all these hoops.
PPS. Also one qualification on my grading, I'm a hard ass, I dont believe anyone is perfect in everything (least of all me). Anything that wasnt a 5 doesnt mean it wasnt damn good, just means none of us are perfect and we can strive to improve and I wanted to give you honest feedback in areas that could be worked on. Thanks again!
