Archer\'s new headers vs. the competition...
Has anyone put Archer's new headers on a stock engine? I am curious how they compare to Belanger's, Hennessey's, SVSis, or the NEW Borlas with 1 5/8" primaries.
I know they are more expensive than most, but is it worth the extra money?
They seem to work very well on cars with heavy engine mods (cam, heads, intake, rebuilt bottom end, etc..) but this is not necessarily indicative of how they work on a stock motor. If the Borla's put out about 35-40hp for only $1199, Belanger's maybe another 5-10 for over $1000+ more, how much will Archer's put out for $1500+ more. If it is not a BIG difference, I would rather do things like rockers, intake, etc.. and still end up ahead.
