are keys covered under warranty?

The top plastic snakehead on the key of my 99 R/T has a crack in it. The car is still under the factory 3/36 warranty. Would this be covered?

Call your dealer and if you do not like the answer..call another one to verify.

Nope, I already tried that one. I called several dealerships, but they all said the same thing. You can pick one up on Ebay pretty cheap. They are listed just about every day in your choice of colors.
