Thanks Tony. Pretty tough to get a torque wrench on a couple of the bottom ones, but good to know the right amount. After 58,000 miles, none of mine were loose on the driver's side.... I'll check the other side tomorrow when I pull the valve cover to add the RRs.
I have my Viper up on jack stands and was able to tighten the lower bolts from underneath the car. I just got done installing my exhaust and retightened everything after a few heat cycles. Enjoy your RR installation!
