I'm looking for advice on Headers and Exhaust. In the past, I've heard that many prefer the Belanger Headers over the B&B, however, I've never heard of anyone running the Belanger Cat Backs. It is my understanding that the Belanger Cat Backs are not stainless and therefore rust over time.

Anyone have advice on a setup that would shake my house? I'm tired of the stock exhaust with oval high-flows. I'm all for deleting the cats in pursuit of a low rumbling idle exhaust note on my Gen II. :headbang:

Thoughts?

Not very likely that aluminized tubing will rust in a Viper. These cars just don't see the type of conditions that cause rust. I have almost 42,000 miles on my Belanger system and absolutely no sign of rust anywhere. An added benefit is heat dissipation-----much better than stainless. As for sound, the Belanger exhaust has a deeper sound than the Corsa.

If you like, I can send you a sound file my brother made of our car last week. We have Belanger headers and exhaust. It really rumbles!
