BendPak is a major manufacture of commercial lifts. A program for Viper Club Members sold through the Northern California VCA has been approved by BendPak.

There are two lift types suggested for Viper's. Their HD9 and HD9XW(lift's higher and is longer).

General info is available from BendPak's web site, a spec. will be available form the Northern CA. web site in about a week.

1.Power - 110v (three phase available at extra cost)
2.Color blue
3. Assembly hardware and four wheel chocks (front&rear) included
4. Floor pads 12" square
5.Runway adjustable 37 to 44"
6. Compressed air is required to release all safety locks at once.

Special Optional 48" Aluminum Ramp will be an option for lowered Vipers(Comp Coupe's included). (The standard ramp is 36" Using steel for longer than 36" is consider a safety issue due to the increased ramp weight.)

Other Options"
Jack Tray JP3 (allows use your jack)
Specialty Lift RJ45(rolls between runways)
Drip Trays (3) are smaller than most to reduce weight light

Specific pricing will be available late next week.

What I can say is the a Package Including HD9, Delivery and Installation in California will be below $2,999.00. Options will also be priced late next week. The HD9XW will be about $400.00 more than the HD9.

Check the NorCal web site in about a week for details.

Fred,

I would like to say that BendPak makes a quality lift. They are fully certified and found in many commercial operations. There are some nice lifts out there like Rotary, Hunter, Challenger, and the list goes on.

Many of the Viper owners like the Revolution Lift. Can you point out any differences with the BendPak that you like better than the Revolution? I am not attempting to hi-jack your thread, just wanting to point out differences in manufacturing. I hope no one jumps on this thread and starts to get belligerent.

It is amazing how similar most 4 post lifts are. They all work on the same basic concept. One large cylinder with cables pulling on the uprights. The differences are the type of upright (inside or outside column), the quality of materials and the type of locking mechanism.

Hi Jerry,

BendPak's lifts are equal to or better than Rotary. We will have two BendPak Managers at our Lift Installation event on April 26th. If you want to ask them questions at that time please do. The lift info will be posted on the Northern California web site. If you want to make the comparison please help yourself.

Hope you can get Rotary to match our pricing which will include shipping and installation for all California VCA Members.

Update:

The lift(HD9XW) arrived on a BendPack flat bed truck with a boom-lift. My lift is one of three new lifts being installed in this area. They are also moving two(BendPak) lifts for Valaya Racing's present location to their new location.
