Any detectives out there?

A black 1999 RT/10 was crashed in summer 2001. It was sold to Mike in Plano Texas summer 1999. Junk Vehicle in Grand Prairie, Texas in august 2001.

The Viper is exported to Sweden as junk, repaired and is now sold as in perfect condition!

Does anybody here know what happened to this Viper? How serious was it damaged?
