Thank you Sween. It is lowered and, since the photo was taken, now that the Eibachs have broken in, it sits about 3/16ths lower than shown.

Car had some pretty extensive lowering work done, shorter shocks, autoform hood, and 18's all around. It was silly low but looked bad ass.
