Many use Valvoline Synthetic DOT 4 as an inexpensive street / strip solution. Others more knowledgeable than I can speak to the premium products like Castrol SRF.

From a recent (less than a week ago) discussion in another thread, the conclusion seemed to be that Motul 600 is very good for hard track use, although will require flushing after extreme track use. I use Motul 600 year round, and flush about every 8 months and/or before any track event. For even harder track use, Chuck provided his experience that Castrol SRF is even better, but SRF seems to cause problems with your piston seals requiring replacement with constant use (piston seal replacement on the order of every 6 months).

So, depends on what you find more appropriate for your use.
