broken exhaust manifold bolt?

While trying to fix exhaust leak (manifold bolts were backing out) I manage to break one of the bolts completely off. One half in my hand and the other lodged into the manifold and head?? [******]? I torqued to correct specs and on the next to the last bolt it snapped. Any ideas what to do?? Thanks

wow, these are pretty stout bolts that are low torque.

more than likely you will have to take off the manifold to get to the remaining shank. then you will have to use vice grips, but avoid nicking the head.
