Can a 93' RT/10 NY car be sold in CA

I am thinking of selling my 1993 RT/10. I am the original owner, it was purchased in NY and I recently had it shipped to Cali. It still has NY registration and plates.

Where there any differences in emissions back in 1993? I know there are a lot of problems with newer cars being 49 state legal vs the California OK models.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As long at the vehicle has over 7500 miles it may be registered in CA.

I don't know what year Vipers had 50 state emissions which would allow registering with any number of miles.
