Can you order a two tone interior w a driver stripe on ACR?

My dealer is trying to order drivers stripe with two tone and it won't let him. Thought for 10 they would lets order what we wanted

We had requested that a two-tone Red interior be available since 2008, but it was never okayed , and again was not available in 2009.

If it has a red driver's stripe , they will not allow a red/black interior.
