Car sliding around and stops

Guys,

If you car has camber settings that are set up somewhat for the track, and you drive it on the street, it is more likely to slide around when braking? I would assume so since there is more weight distributed to a smaller part of the tire, right? I ask because ever since I got my new 19" Purners and tires, my car seems to slide much more easily than it did before when braking and this makes me nervious, as I am heading to Las Vegas tomorrow night for the Road Course on Thursday.
