The February is only one week away! Come ready for a great crowd, pictures and food all together. What can you expect to pay…$99.99…49.99? What if I told you all of this fun could be had for nothing but the cost of a few gallons of gas (well maybe more than a few). Well, you can. All you have to do is show up in your car. J
Seriously though, below you will find the details of our Hill Country Drive for February.
The January Drive was a smash hit! We had a minimum of 35 cars show up for the fun. Did you expect anything else? J (Check out the photo links at the bottom)
Well, a new month means a new monthly drive. So here we go through the North West part of town through some great roads, a combination of open roads and twisty roads. And of course what would a drive be without some grub. For some of you Veterans, you may have remembered True Grits…yes we are going to grace their establishment with our presence…and it just so happens to be right across the street from our memorable gas station we normally stop at in Jonestown on our Marble Falls drives. Good times all the way around!
What:
Drive through the North West hill country and enjoy some great company and some great cars…oh and of course some good food.
When:
Date: Sunday, February 19th.
Time: 9:30am (10am leave)
Where:
Starting Place: Starbucks on Great Hills Trail (next to Saks in
Arboretum) Maps are located in the “files” section at our www.hillcountrydrives.com
Lunch:
True Grits…where John Wayne stopped and had lunch one time. Great parking and great view of our cars! And a nice short relaxing drive back to town after. Well, that's where we will get a bite to eat and do the usual bragging and boasting of our car experiences as we normally do.
