I blew the top radiator hose on my 99 rt10. Cars got 46k miles on it so its understandable. I had the car towed and it never got hot. I can replace top house for 75 with oem or replace both with silicone for around $200. How hard is it to change the lower hose without a lift? Can I jack it up and have enough room to change the lower hose?

I would suggest you do a search and check on how to bleed the air from the cooling system when you change those hoses
