check engine light PO 175 (system too rich)(bank 2)

That code is not exactly a rich condition. The PCM actually forced a rich condition due to an initial lean condition. That is typically caused by a misfire for another event that leaves unburnt fuel in the the exhaust.

So what should I do to fix this one. I reset the light or code and within 3 hours of driving the light pops back on again>

You either have a bad O2 sensor or a cylinder is not firing, the raw fuel will show as a lean condition. If you have a scan tool I would try and find where the misfire is. Don't the plugs show anything? If the it is a faulty cylinder and the condition is continuous, you may be able to find it with a temperature probe on the headers.
