As a new gen 1 ownwe,i had a lot of problems and a lot of questions . I posted some here in forums and it seemed everytime i did someone would tell me to contact Chuck Tator,or contact the Wizard or give Chuck a call...Well,it took me a while to get it,but when i did,i was pleasantly surprised at how fast he replied and also how much of a Nice person he was . He was east to talk to and i could sense he really wanted to help me out. He seems to be very knowledgable and was also very helpful . I just enjoyed talking to him for a short while and realizing their are still some genuine people aeound. That means a lot to someone like me who needs all the help he can get~Thanks Chuck!
