cleaning engine bay, carpets and int. Plastic

Ok, I've just completed the four hour process of putting one coat of wax of my car ala Zainos brothers 10 step process. Now I move to the interior. I am looking for suggestions on cleaning the plastic in the interior and the carpeting. After that I plan to tackle the engine and the bay and again I am looking for suggestions. Finally, as an owner of an RT, I was wondering if anybody is appying something to the material behind the windows?
