Not yet, but one of my four wheels has a coating issue. It's very different than the other three, and actually picked up brush marks after cleaning! The clear is (or was) very soft, like the activator for the hardening wasn't mixed properly on that day.
Just get the wheel replaced under warranty. I had the same thing done. I just have never gone in to get the darn thing changed LOL! The wheel is just sitting there. Use your warranty, that is what it is there for. Dodge is pretty good with changing parts. They changed my wheel, shift knob, and steering wheel do to abnormal wear.
