Clock Spring

I know this horse has been kicked already but I’m still not clear. I am installing a Momo steering wheel and deleting the airbag and have some 2.2ohm resistors in hand But… there are 2 plugs fir the airbag and each plug has 2 wires. Which plug or wires am I adding the resistor to? I was also thinking of just eliminating the click spring entirely.
