The 99' RT/10 i'm buying is getting a new tranny installed under the warranty, would you all suggest having them install a better clutch now to save on labor or can these stock clutches handle alot of horsepower? I plan on having full exhaust rockers, smooth tubes , Roe supercharger , and a few more things done to the car. Leave it stock or upgrade now? Thanks again everyone! :usa:

I'm running the stock clutch and have been through the racing series all last year, holds up well to *ahem* a little extra HP :D :D :D

The consensus formed over a number of years by all the major tuners is that the stock clutch is the best overall value.

I have a Porsche race clutch that was installed on my car and it ***** since going to the 8#. I'm going back to stock or upgrading soon as I'm burning the &hit out of this one. It is currently the weakest link in my hp gains.
