I live in Pleasant Hill and have had my 95 for about 4 months. I did some checking around to find a place with a good Viper Tech. I prefer to do my own work but had a problem with the air conditioning that I didn't have time to fix. I took the car to Lithia Dodge in Concord. Although I have only been there a couple of times I would say that it is the best dealer service I have ever had with any car. They were friendly, the car was ready when they said it would be. I got there at closing time but the Viper Tech. took the time to talk to me and discuss the car and make some good suggestions regarding maintenance and upgrades. I would not hesitate to take the car back there again. Their phone number is 925-602-6264 ask for Carol. She is one of the service managers (best looking single service manager I have ever run across to). Tell her you got the information from the guy with the emerald green Viper from Denver. Good luck.
