I was wondering what kind of power i could make on a stock '98 GTS with just heads, and if it was even the best way to start. If so who has had a good experience with a particular brand that they could recommend, I was thinking of Roe...

If you're wanting heads, you might as well do intake(tubes/filters, 70MM TBs) with exhaust(1 3/4" headers, full 3" exhaust). Also look into going with a set of 1.7 RR. They increase the lift of a 708 cam(96-99 stock) from .542" to .575".

Do you mean instead of heads or along with them?
I think he means along with heads or prior to heads...
