Hi , just picked up some forged Roe Diamond pistons with 1.222 compression height. Has any one run these in an 05-06 block? I’m curious as to which of 6.221 or 6.241 rod lengths are best. By my calcs, assuming stock 3.96 stroke and 9.48 block deck, 6.221’s give -.005 in the hole and 6.241’s give +.015 out of hole. I’m thinking 6.221’s with a light block deck cut but wanted to see if anyone had any actual experience with similar build. I’ve done plenty of v-8 builds where block height was way taller than spec.
