i think it was motortrend or maybe car and driver ( i read all the different mag articles on the coupe this week and forget which one) that quoted dodge as saying they were aware of the heat issue caused by the crossover exhaust system in the srt10 and coupe and were working on a fix???

do you think this is magazine bs or is dodge going to change the exhaust setup to eliminate the crossover. this may be a good place to bump horsepower if they do.

anybody know anything on this??

IMO I don't think it is signifcant over the previous Gens. My 98 gets just as hot as the SRT I drove for a weekend. Maybe I need more SRT seat time. Anyone want to loan me their SRT for six months or so?

Heck, do it yourself by getting the Corsa Track, and if still hot get the Roe Racing wrap--I did both and very little heat.

Actually the comment came from the DC SRT team in the recent Motor Trend. As for fixing the problem on cabin heat......quote ....." we are about halfway to where we need to be".
