Differential Question

What differential is in a 2003 Viper? Is it a Dana 44 or a Dana 60? I want to change the ratio to a 333 or a 355. Who has the best prices on these gear sets?

I just put a new Quaife rear with 3.33 gears in my 08 and they are great! Good luck!

Regular Dana 44 gears will not work in these housings though---I think they are Dana 44 Super or something to that effect. As far as I know the only other car besides the Viper to run these gears was the original ZR-1 corvette.

Thanks everyone. I've got a set coming for $230.

I can't wait to get them in and see what kind of improvement it makes. I'm hoping that I don't loose much more traction in first gear but I think the improvement to 5th and 6th will be worth the change.
