Disconnected battery

I had to disconnect my battery for no more than 15 seconds, would this reset the PCM?, i had to reset the windows

Yes, that would be long enough to reset pretty much everything.

The windows are controlled by the BCM (Body Control Module) not the PCM (Powertrain Control Module).

15 seconds generally will not reset a pcm, unless its old school ecm
