Do our cars ever suffer ignition break up with high hp/tq?

I am about to install the nitrous and was wondering if anyone has seen ignition break up with superchargers or nitrous. I am going to run a 300 shot and have full exhaust/headers as well. So I was just seeing if anyone suffered breakup in the 700-800 rwhp range, thanks

The stock ignition is very good. Good for alot more then 800 rwhp.
